You can download the free project file too and use it in your own motion graphics work. Let me know if you found it useful!

    1. Good question. I’d say it’s done with X Particles. I’ll add that to the list of tutorials for you;) BTW we have an awesome new Facebook Group of artists now too if you’d like to get involved, you can ask questions, post your work, get free stuff and enter our CG challenges – there’s one on right now!  It’s Facebook.com/groups/cgshortcuts Thanks for watching!

  1. As an addition, Is it possible to move the bell around with the clapper following it? The clapper is moving about the connector dynamically but the connector seem to be fixed in place even as i put it as a child of a moving parent object.
Edit: Apparently the connector moves along if both the parent and the child(swinging object) are rigid bodies. But I am controlling my parent objects (which is in a cloner) using effectors, and do not want it to be affected by dynamics.

  2. Great tutorial!But I have a problem with it.How to make materials?

    1. Cheers Lorry, it just so happens that I’m working on a huge tutorial series on texturing, hopefuly be out soon!

    2. CG Shortcuts Thank you very much and look forward to your new tutorial!

  3. Your short time tutorials are way much better than 10 hours Lynda tutorials.

    1. Thanks mate!
