Refund Policy

At CG Shortcuts, I strive to offer high-quality memberships and courses. To keep things clear and fair, here’s how my refund policy works:


Memberships

I offer refunds for Yearly or Lifetime Memberships if you contact me within 14 days of the charge being processed.

  • Refunds are for the full amount minus a $5 admin fee and any transaction fees.
  • Monthly Memberships are non-refundable.
Important Notes on Membership Refunds
  1. No Refunds for Forgetting to Cancel: I don’t issue refunds if you forget to cancel before your renewal date. You’re responsible for managing your membership (under Account → My Membership).
  2. One Refund Limit: I only allow one refund per customer, no matter the membership type.
  3. No Change of Mind: I don’t offer refunds just because you change your mind.
  4. 14-Day Limit: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment.
  5. Downloads Void Refunds: If you download any project files or member assets, the refund offer is void.
  6. No Refunds for Financial Changes or Loss of Interest: If your financial situation changes or you lose interest in learning, I can’t offer a refund.

Courses

I offer course refunds within 14 days of purchase, but only if:

  • You haven’t downloaded any course assets or project files.
  • You haven’t completed more than 5 lessons or 25% of the course.

Refunds are the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees.

Additional Notes on Course Refunds
  • One Refund Limit: I only allow one refund per customer, regardless of the course.
  • No Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse.
  • Other Platforms: If you buy a course here that you also purchased on Skillshare, Udemy, or another platform, I can’t issue a refund.

General Refund Info
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear.
