Refund Policy
At CG Shortcuts, we strive to provide high-quality membership and courses for our users. To ensure clarity and fairness, we’ve outlined our refund policies below.
Memberships
We offer refunds for Yearly or Lifetime Membership payments if you contact us within 14 days after the charge has been processed.
- Refunds will be the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
- Monthly Memberships are non-refundable.
Important Notes on Membership Refunds:
- No Refunds for Forgetting to Cancel: If you forget to cancel your membership before it renews, we do not issue refunds for charges that have already been processed. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel auto-renewals on time (You can do so under your Account/Purchases/Subscriptions).
- One Refund Limit: We only allow one refund per customer, regardless of the type of membership.
- No Change of Mind Refunds: Refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind.
- 14-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
- Asset Downloads Void Refunds: Downloading any project files or member assets during your membership period will void your refund eligibility.
Courses
We offer refunds for courses if you contact us within 14 days after the charge has been processed, provided the following conditions are met:
- Refunds will be the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
- To qualify for a refund, you must not have:
- Downloaded any course assets or project files.
- Completed more than 5 lessons or 25% of the course.
Additional Notes on Course Refunds:
- One Refund Limit: We only allow one refund per customer, regardless of the course.
- No Change of Mind Refunds: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after purchase.
- Other Platforms: If you purchase a course from CG Shortcuts that you already own (or intend to buy) on platforms like Skillshare or Udemy, we do not issue refunds.
General Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
- For assistance with refunds or if you have concerns about our content, please contact us directly via the live chat below.

- We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for yearly or lifetime memberships after 14 days of the charge.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for monthly memberships.
- Downloading any project files or member assets will void refund.
Courses
CG Shortcuts also offers refunds on Course payments if you contact us within 2 weeks (14 days) after the charge has been processed.
If you are unhappy with a course and feel that it doesn’t live up to your expectations, please contact us.
We will refund the full amount paid for the Membership minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
We follow these refund policies:
- We only allow one refund per customer.
- We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for courses after 14 days of the charge.
- We DO NOT offer refunds if user has already downloaded assets belonging to the course.
- We DO NOT offer refunds if you have completed more than 5 lessons or over 25% of the course.
- Downloading any project files or assets will void refund.
We also offer some of our courses on other platforms including Skillshare and Udemy. We DO NOT offer refunds if you have bought a course on CGShortcuts.com that you already have access to on any other platform or intend to purchase elsewhere.
Note: If a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on the original form of payment.
