At CG Shortcuts, I strive to provide high-quality membership and courses for my users. To ensure clarity and fairness, I’ve outlined my refund policies below.


Memberships

I offer refunds for Yearly or Lifetime Membership payments if you contact me within 14 days after the charge has been processed.

  • Refunds will be the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
  • Monthly Memberships are strictly non-refundable.

Important Notes on Membership Refunds:

  1. No Refunds for Forgetting to Cancel: If you forget to cancel your membership before it renews, I do not issue refunds for charges that have already been processed. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel auto-renewals on time (You can do so under your Account/Purchases/Subscriptions).
  2. One Refund Limit: I only allow one refund per customer, regardless of the type of membership.
  3. No Change of Mind Refunds: Refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind.
  4. 14-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
  5. Asset Downloads Void Refunds: Downloading any project files or member assets during your membership period will void your refund eligibility.
  6. No Refunds for Financial Changes or Loss of Interest: If your financial situation changes, or if you no longer wish to learn Cinema 4D, I do not provide refunds under these circumstances.

Courses

I offer refunds for courses if you contact me within 14 days after the charge has been processed, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Refunds will be the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must not have:
    1. Downloaded any course assets or project files.
    2. Completed more than 5 lessons or 25% of the course.

Additional Notes on Course Refunds:

  • One Refund Limit: I only allow one refund per customer, regardless of the course.
  • No Change of Mind Refunds: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Other Platforms: If you purchase a course from CG Shortcuts that you already own (or intend to buy) on platforms like Skillshare or Udemy, I do not issue refunds.

  • Refunds will be the full amount paid minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.

To Qualify for a Course Refund:

  • You must not have downloaded any course files or project assets.
  • You must not have completed more than 5 lessons or 25% of the course.
  • You must not have received a previous course refund. Only one refund per customer is permitted.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate purchases across platforms (e.g. Skillshare, Udemy)
  • More than one refund request

How to Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel your membership any time by clicking on your profile picture (top right of the website), then selecting Purchases, then Subscriptions.

There you’ll see your current subscription and billing details. Simply click Cancel and optionally provide a reason (you can type anything to skip this step).

Once cancelled, you will no longer be charged, but you will keep full access until the renewal date, after which your membership will end and you will lose access.
