If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this Site.

CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd provides various materials, information, articles, news, and other content on this Site and in Training Materials offered through this Site (the “Materials”). We grant each User, defined as our customers or members, the right to view and download one copy of the Materials for personal use only. Permitted Use of Materials

Downloadable project files: CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd offers downloadable project files (including Cinema 4D project files, image textures, Alembic files, zip files, script files, etc.) as part of the Materials. These files are licensed royalty-free for members to use in their own creative projects, including commercial work. However, members may not distribute these project files to third parties.

The Materials provided on this Site are otherwise intended for personal learning and non-commercial creative projects. You may not use the Materials for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Support and Fair Use

CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd offers support services via live chat and email to all members. However, priority support is provided to Lifetime, Yearly and Monthly members, in that order.

While we strive to assist our members to the best of our abilities, please note the following:

• Priority Support: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime members receive priority support. We aim to address their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Support Limitations: We provide assistance primarily related to technical issues with our services and general queries about the use of Cinema 4D and Redshift Renderer – we do not support other third party plugins. Direct support on specific Cinema 4D projects is limited to paid members only. 
• No Liability for Advice: While we endeavor to provide accurate and helpful advice, CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd and its representatives are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of our advice or assistance.
• Member Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they have the necessary permissions and clearances to share project files or any other sensitive information with us. While we take precautions to handle such information securely, members are advised to verify their rights before sharing.
