Cellular injection

Hi! I have trouble with my art project, I heed a simulation of a cell that gets injected with a needle and a liquid coming through the needle inside the cell. Can you show how to create a simulation like that? Would be nice if the cell membrane is deforming realistically when the needle goes in/out. Thank you!
