Audio Ai — Terms of Use

These terms apply specifically to the CG Shortcuts Audio Ai desktop application ("Audio Ai"). By downloading, installing, or using Audio Ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use Audio Ai.

Licence grant

CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd (ABN 81 818 263 523) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Audio Ai on up to two (2) computers that you register through your cgshortcuts.com account. Device seats are shared with the CG Shortcuts Cinema 4D plugin. This licence is for your own use only.

Membership required

Access to Audio Ai requires an active cgshortcuts.com membership at the yearly or lifetime level (or other access I explicitly grant). I may verify your membership online when you activate or use Audio Ai. If your membership ends or is revoked, your right to use Audio Ai ends.

Restrictions

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Audio Ai or attempt to bypass licence checks
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share Audio Ai installers or application files
  • Use Audio Ai on more than two registered machines at once (combined with the C4D plugin)
  • Share your account credentials to allow others to use Audio Ai

Software provided as-is

Audio Ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You install and use it at your own risk. I do not guarantee that Audio Ai will be error-free, compatible with every project or third-party tool, or free from interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd is not liable for any data loss, project corruption, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Audio Ai. Total liability for any claim relating to Audio Ai is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or AUD $100 if greater liability is not permitted by law.

Termination

I may suspend or revoke your access at any time if you breach these terms or the general Terms of Service. You may stop using Audio Ai at any time by uninstalling it and removing registered devices from your account.

All membership plugins and apps share these terms and your licence key: Membership Apps Terms of Use. Device seats and activation are managed from the Licence Key tab on your account. Activation is stored at ~/.cgshortcuts/licence.json.

Governing law

CG Shortcuts Pty Ltd is registered in Victoria, Australia. I operate the business from Victoria and these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
